Zone Diet At Home™ delivers fresh food to your doorstep weekly. We provide our clients with 3 delicious gourmet meals and 2 great tasting snacks each and every day. In order to insure variety, we make it our top priority to maintain a twenty-eight day cycle of various entrees.

Zonedietathome is not just a diet, it is a lifestyle. When you wake up in the morning we are there to start your Zone compliant day.

All of your gourmet meals are packaged in convenient microwaveable containers. All of your meals will be labeled. Simply tear open the corner of the air-tight wrap and place in a microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. You can also transfer to your own dish and place in a conventional oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees*. At Zonedietathome, we're always a telephone call away. If you need to suspend service, just give us 2 weeks advance notice and we will be happy to comply.
